Restoration and Improvement of Suntainable Livelihoods in Konsh Valley
Program Goal
To contribute to coordinated reconstruction efforts that promote poverty reduction, sustainable development and social equity in specific earthquake-affected areas of Pakistan .
Purpose
To assist, support and enable poor rural communities and households in four Union Councils of Mansehra, NWFP, to undertake community-led reconstruction activities leading to sustainable and equitable economic and social development.
Project activities fall into two categories, those related to project management and those related to building capacity to implement a sustainable livelihoods approach. These activities are summarized in the work breakdown structure below:
